Lead process improvement initiatives and teams focused on one division or function using process improvement tools such as current state assessments, data analysis, and creation of strategic future state processes and organizational models.
Establishing and implementing the process controls required to ensure compliance of the process and the product with all pertinent specifications and standards and monitoring compliance with the controls.
In this role, you will lead and support Eaton Lean Six Sigma (ELSS) Self-Assessment, and identify performance gaps. Works with the Leadership Team to prioritize improvement activities and to close gaps.
This Lean Manager will ensure a consistent, rapid and successful deployment of Lean at all assigned accounts, train employees on lean transformational processes, develop continuous improvement plans addressing critical site needs, and identify opportunities for improvement with value stream maps. Engages the organization to adapt or maintain a lean continuous improvement culture.
