Manages, organizes, and plans the activities of the Department in the Information Technology Division (ITD). Provides input to the department IT technology plan. Ensures appropriate enterprise-wide goals and objectives are developed and monitored. Ensures the availability and reliability of enterprise technology services delivered to our clients. Manages the department staff in accomplishing the department's goals and objectives.
Develops and executes departmental plans that deliver solutions to address new or revised business processes and information flows; evaluates the quality and timeliness of these services and initiates improvements.
Responsible for supporting and driving FMS quality standards through meeting all ESRD regulatory requirements and the practice of Quality Assessment and Improvement (QAI), including use of FMS QAI tools.
