In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with NUSA Communications and CO-QM to design and execute ongoing NUSA Quality Mindset communication strategies that covers the complete value chain.
The quality assurance (qa) manager has the authority for and responsibility of developing,
implementing, and improving the laboratory quality system that meets the requirements set
forth in the testamerica quality management plan (qmp).
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with Sales Call Center Management to teach leadership development, mentor staff operations employees, innovate new ways to track employee progress as well as execute national initiatives. The manager also leads team efforts and provides a voice for our regional staff employees.
In this role, you will lead testing communication plan and drives the planning, testing, execution and reporting with team members; liaises with key stakeholders. The selected candidate will identify, track, escalate and resolve testing issue conflicts; perform impact analysis and prioritization; manages dependencies.
In this role, you will maintains a thorough understanding of all products manufactured by the suppliers and co- mfg. plant as well as the raw materials, packaging materials, and operations required in the manufacturing process including quality specifications and standards.
