The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for retaining, maintaining, and expanding business withcurrent customers and developing new business for vehicle and/or stationary airflow cooling, HVAC, and other airflow cooling needs.
Drive profitable sales growth and maximize sales revenue within a defined territory by developing, maintaining, and advancing existing accounts and prospects through the sale of implant, regenerative and restorative product lines.
Must have the experience in hospital and large account sales, managing through complex reimbursement issues, and documented history of successful sales performance in a competitive environment preferred.
Develop an account plan for each account, incorporating a fully developed customer needs analysis, including long and short term goals and tactics, pricing strategy and negotiate customer agreements and contracts.
Developing a distributors business and for conducting training and field meetings with their assigned territories in addition to successfully on-boarding new distributors and conducting route surveys within the territory.
Ensure Loss Prevention policies and practices are being followed The District Manager may perform other related duties as required by the Company, field leadership, and especially with regard to serving the customer.
The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will prospect customers, build relationships, manage distribution, understand customer needs, and apply industry/sector knowledge to present custom solutions that drive sales and provide service to our core customers.
