Develop product marketing team members skills with individual performance plans and regular on the job education and performance. Serve as expert on target markets and their problems by interacting with key customers and key commercial thought leaders.
Support a general manager-level executive in critical strategic and operational decisions through analysis and communications support;represent and/or partner with the executive in select internal, cross-functional and/or external customer meetings.
This person will preferably have experience with any of the major marketing automation platforms such as marketo, eloqua, hubspot, pardot, exacttarget, etc. And also have experience leading/managing a team. This person will have 3 direct reports and will report themselves to the chief marketing officer.
Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge to assist sales representatives, customers and/or end users with technical support regarding both infection prevention practices and breadth of Crosstex medical portfolio.
