In this role, the selected candidate will plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent physical dysfunction in patients.
In this role, the selected candidate will evaluate, administer and direct administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner.
In this role, you will identify patient short/long term goals in terms of functional outcomes. Reflect progress or lack of goal achievement in all charting. Confer with physician and/or interdisciplinary team regarding patient response to therapy.
