The Associate Territory Manager, Surgical Endoscopy is a a sales development opportunity, designed to be a multi-year program to train and work with successful Territory Manager(s) within the Surgical Sales Team.
The Territory Manager (TM) manages and supports functions essential to sales force productivity. These include recruiting, training, developing, planning, and grassroots marketing to meet all sales goals and KPIs.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a role model for best-in-class Compliance and hold the District accountable for Compliance by ensuring all practices within the District are compliant with the Depomed Code of Conduct, PhRMA Code, OIG Guidelines, PDMA Policies and Procedures and all other applicable laws, regulations, policies & procedures.
The Regional Field Operations Manager (RFOM) will manage a group of Field Operations Managers (FOM and/or FOM Sr.) and has the potential to manage other positions such as Technical Trainers, Personnel Manager, and Service Manager depending on changing client scope of work and geographical location of positions.
In this role, you will identify, target, and prospect potential accounts. Develop a strategic assessment of their organizational structure including key decision makers, hot buttons, pain points, and critical initiatives. Develop a strategic timeline and organized sales plan to acquire the business.
In this role, you will assist in coordinating product cuttings and demonstrations; develop sales and marketing strategies and proposals for customers on products and services, conducting market research to determine customer needs and provide information to sales staff.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify specific brand opportunities by using good judgment and generating and evaluating alternatives; developing and implementing effective solutions.
In this role, you will develop, implement and manage territory product support and training strategies for new and existing production products to maintain customer relationships and ensure our customers will want to do more business.
