In this role, you will provide direction, support, and guidance to compensation, benefit, HRIS, wellness and employee health teams while leading, developing, and executing a long-term compensation and benefit strategies with an eye to future organic and acquired growth with a roll-up sleeves leadership approach.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct workforce analysis to assist in the development and execution of programs supporting staffing requirements. Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions to meet and maintain operational staffing levels.
