The Business Development Director position is a key sales role within the CPG Unit sales team for North America, responsible for executing regional sales and business development strategies for target companies within the CPG Unit.
The Director / Sr Director is responsible for the development, execution and management of multiple clinical programs worldwide across all phases of clinical research in the areas of CNS. Reporting to the VP, Clinical Development, the Director/Sr. Director will oversee clinical study teams, represent the clinical development department in functional area teams, and will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
As the Director of Technical Sales, your focus revolves around professional and managed sales with a heavy focus on Azure. The ideal candidate will have a hybrid technical/sales Cloud solution background with a drive to bring in net new business.
In this role you will be responsible for the leadership for the clinical group, setting the global strategy for all clinical activities within the unit, together with providing leadership, oversight, development, direction and coordination of all clinical activities.
Responsible for all account development activities including account strategy execution and management, ongoing communication of value proposition and value-added programs and services, resource coordination, price management, initiation of RFP responses, where applicable, and achievement of forecasted profitable growth.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and build the Sales business plan for the region providing focus in the development of capabilities, including recruiting, investment decisions, pricing and coaching others in professional development.
The Director/Sr.Director will responsible for the clinical development plan and will provide leadership for assigned asset strategy, working closely with other functional areas such as commercial, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, CMC, and pre-clinical development in this regard.
The Director of Sales will play an integral part in the development of RiskVisions growth strategy, annual sales and marketing plans, and strategic business plan in order to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
