In this role, you will maintain a robust new national account opportunity pipeline. Opportunity pipeline maintenance will be required within Microsoft Dynamics, and will roll up into the overall national account business development pipeline.
In this role, you will be responsible to drive the territory business plan, in line with company objectives, through regular communications to the pod, providing assessments of current business state, opportunities for growth and the action plan to achieve the business plan.
The DM will spend the majority of their time in the stores, with the expectation that 50% of that time will be spent on the sales floor. The District Manager will have approximately 3-5 stores as their responsibility.
In this role, you will work in conjunction with human resources and resource planning but takes primary responsibly in sourcing, recruiting, on-boarding of all levels within the acquisition and retention organization, and ensures period production and productivity goals are met or exceeded.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead a regional sales team and drive the company culture from the top down. You will constantly review competitive activity and develop new methods of attaining new accounts.
