In this role, you will consult with staff, physicians and management on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met. Continues to learn new skills and maintains clinical competency within the department to provide direct and safe patient care.
In this role, the selected candidate will facilitate, where applicable, NCCHC/ACA/JCAHO accreditation of the medical program by providing the required level of efficiency and approved, appropriate medical services.
The ICU RN is a clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who delivers care to the patient through utilization of the nursing process, which includes but is not limited to assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
In this role, you will be in collaboration with the patient, the patient's family and other members of the health care team, you will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, delegate and coordinate treatment plans and the plan of care.
In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process. To collaborate with other members of the health care delivery team including physicians, to deliver quality health care.
