This position is responsible for maintaining project schedule and overall quality of project. Supervise, manage and mentor on-site project personnel. Ensure project compliance with all building codes and governing authorities' requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for ning, organizing, developing, evaluating and effectively directing the rehabilitation staff and program in a transitional care setting in order to ensure the delivery of high quality resident care and services consistent with regulations and established best practices.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development of projects, from the origination phase, through permitting and design, construction and commissioning, and implementation by the operations and asset management team or through the transfer of the project to a potential counterparty.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure flawless execution and communication to delivery business results and improve customer service, inventory management, cost optimization, minizing scrap and obsolescence, and business satisfaction.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reports.
