The person in this position is responsible for recruiting and developing other sales leaders as well as building and maintaining relationships with business owners and employees by offering financial protection benefits at the worksite.
In this role, the selected candidate effectively and efficiently manages the entire new business sales pipeline such that prospect time at each level is minimized, the time to close is continually improved and close ratio goals are met.
The primary responsibility of the role is to work with field technical team to deliver solutions specific to each prospect; Identify prospective companies and connecting with the right decision makers.
In this key role you will execute strategic and key account management in accordance with the Strategic Plan. He or she identify new opportunities, determine application requirements, provide technical support, and assist the distribution through all phases of the program.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain knowledge of market trends, customer strategy / profile / requirements including customer asset management plans and competitor actions; share internally and use market knowledge to drive sales for the complete Power Services enterprise portfolio of solutions.
