The Field Engineer is responsible for generating new business and ensuring growth of existing accounts by working with primarily with structural engineers to specify Powers products, as well as with our sales team to assist contractors and distributors during the bidding and construction phases of a project.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for application programming of moderately complex systems within assigned functional area/systems and may be responsible for completion of a phase of a project.
In this role, you will ensure network availability, reliability, and security in alignment with the needs of operational and strategic initiatives. The selected candidate will be supporting enterprise network architectures and disaster recovery planning.
Responsible for design, procurement, layout and installation of tools and equipment with primary focus being mechanical in nature. Analyzes process flow, developing performance enhancements, implementing cost effective design and monitoring production results.
In this role, you will prepares and follows to completion all assigned capital authorities and job sheet requests. Trains external contractors on plant safety procedures.Supervises external contractors on the completion of work.
In this role, you will assist in prompt resolution of field concerns. Visit job sites, as necessary, to review installation and/or design problems, perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolution.
Acts as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems.
