The Compass (EHR) Systems Analyst has a deep understanding of applications/solutions within enterprise electronic health records and the ability to analyze and understand business problems in order to make Compass solution or application recommendations.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide necessary sales compensation analytics and support during the compensation design process including collecting and validating compensation performance, providing data to conduct analytics, creating financial models for SIC plans, performing allocation exercises, and using analysis report data to prioritize information based on business criteria and communicates analysis ultimately to the sales team.
In this role, you must have strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements and solution designs.
