The Operations & Maintenance Manager provides general maintenance supervision and professional direction for comprehensive facilities services, which includes but is not limited to facilities maintenance, operations and repairs, and other maintenance services within the scope of the contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of programming and management, including; creation and implementation of station and cluster strategic competitive position, supervision of program directors, music scheduling, coaching on-air talent, development/execution of promotions, digital and social media audience and revenue platforms. A strong customer service approach towards listeners, staff, & sales. Salary is commensurate with experience and ratings history.
Responsible for identifying gaps in individual product offering and collaborates with Product Development and other areas to create and launch new products; responsible for development and implementation of product launches.
Supports the development, implementation and continuous improvement of inspection procedures and technologies. While responsible for execution, the Quality Operations Manager leads teams supporting all aspects of a robust Quality Assurance program, including inspection, records, site audits, FAA (and other international airworthiness) compliance, and customer requirements.
The Project Manager will lead the project team, develop timelines in agreed-upon project management software, facilitate the deployment of the business design, and ensure that the business objectives of the project are met based on pre-defined project metrics.
