This position operates as a Multi-Functional Finance Analyst in Fort Walton Beach, FL and reports directly to the Business Operations Fixed Wing Finance Manager. The employee works in the business operations organization supporting program/product areas.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform duties surrounding the Fixed Asset function ensuring that projects are closed timely, forecasts are accurate, assets are placed in service on time and with proper accounting and asset life, and participate in Mill capital process to ensure adherence to Corporate Policies and Procedures.
The candidate will perform economic/financial research and analyses as assigned for use in the development of business strategies and tactics and in subsequent appraisal of results. Prepares statistical studies and economic forecasts of business conditions and trends and draws relevant conclusions.
The successful candidate will perform all research necessary to validate, reconcile, and resolve financial and resource transactions identified by AFLCMC/HBSI in support of E-3 FMS Technical Coordination Program (TCP) cases, AFLCMC/WKDI in support of KC-135 Technical Coordination Group (TCG) cases and AFLCMC/LPSI in support of IEMP.
