In this role, you will work within an agile scrum team to include a scrum master, product owner, business analyst, test analysts, application developers and client counterparts to design and deliver new products or capabilities in an iterative, continuous fashion.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify practical and measurable programs to generate referrals, develop new business leads and cross-sell additional services to existing clients, leveraging the extensive set of tools provided by Marketing.
Leads special projects requiring commensurate analytical expertise and the development of executive level presentations; to include identifying, defining, and implementing best-in-class analytical practices.
Works with Value Realization team to lead the establishment and maintenance of benefit activities within SEMO; provides actionable analysis to drive decision making, accounting for complex inter-dependencies and scope/quality management
Identify emerging technical and organizational issues affecting implementation milestones and escalate appropriately. Work with client and internal project teams to develop agendas and ensure that all relevant objectives are met.
Gathers and analyzes data and reports that pertain to the overall operation of the IDO and completes reports summarizing activities and trends; reports results to various governing bodies; assists in strategic and tactical operational plans to ensure achievement of company and departmental goals.
Collaborates with business customers and suppliers to resolve contract compliance issues; works proactively with internal stakeholders to monitor supplier performance and customer satisfaction for improvement opportunities.
