As a Tech-Zone Outside Sales Rep, youll play a crucial role in selling our IT services and solutions on the ground floor. Youll work to build local brand and foster new leads within the local community.
In this role, you will work with colleagues and clients / users to investigate operational issues, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in system and non-automated components of new or changed processes / procedures, organization and equipment.
Work within an agile scrum team to include a ScrumMaster, Product Owner, business analyst, test analysts, application developers and client counterparts to design and deliver new products or capabilities in an iterative, continuous fashion.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify practical and measurable programs to generate referrals, develop new business leads and cross-sell additional services to existing clients, leveraging the extensive set of tools provided by Marketing.
