The selected candidate will be responsible for subcontractor selection; inspections, analysis, repair and improvement opportunities and cost reductions for the building, grounds and equipment; comply with applicable standards.
Develop, document, improve and standardize the invoicing department work processes and policies; assist team with matching client invoices to timecards and review client invoicing for accuracy as needed.

Provide oversight to assure direct reports are maintaining member satisfaction through customer service, outreach, and immediate problem solving;provide guidance, direction, and feedback to the staff to ensure that member satisfaction is maintained.
-The Supervisor will assist to develop, consolidate and analyze annual operating plan, strategic plan and forecasts (long and short), provide financial support to Division-wide functional areas, perform complex financial analysis as required.
