Plans and implements the overall diagnostic imaging policies, procedures, and services for several departments which may include nuclear medicine, MRI, radiology, computer-assisted tomography and ultrasound.
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving district parts and accessory sales objectives, developing fully qualified and profitable parts and service operations, effective warranty processes and developing the retailers non-technical staff.
Responsible for new product development, market development, marketing communications and product training to achieve global Equipment and Controlled Environment Services sales and marketing objectives.
Develop and leverage existing relationships with potential buyers in the local region through personal meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings.
Plan, manage and direct the day to day facility operations and to ensure the facilities meet the needs of the technical team, are run efficiently and are compliant with local and corporate HSE and Quality standards.
This role will provide the overall leadership of the catering and summer conference functions of the university including menu and event planning, system management control, ordering and purchasing of supplies as well as training and scheduling appropriate staff.
Manage the recruitment, selection, employment software (People Admin) and testing for all staff positions; develop, implement, and monitor University programs for employee recognition, new employee orientation, exit interview, turnover analysis and reporting.
