In this role, you will be responsible for the management of the efficient operation of IHA's payroll and accounts payable processes. Manages staff to ensure completion of accurate and timely payroll and accounts payable processes, provides guidance on moderate to complex issues, supports the effective resolution of payroll or AP issues.
In this role, you will manage and delivers timely and accurate semi-monthly disbursement of multi-state payroll, including garnishments, fringe benefits, deductions and taxes consistent with Federal and State wage laws.
In this role, you will develops and maintains systems and procedures. Liaison between department and outside communities. Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Serves as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
In this role, you will provide management for corporate office group payrolls, mainly including Trinity Health (TH), Trinity Information Services (TIS), Trinity Medical Technology Services and other Corporate entities as determined.
