The Global Accounts Manager (GAM) Cleaning, Breakroom & Facilities Solutions (CBFS) expands and develops relationships with strategically important large customers specifically targeting Cleaning and Breakroom solutions. With named customer assignments, the Global Accounts Manager CBFS is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
Acts as the single point of contact for assigned clients representing Service Operations; proactively manages operation performance for assigned clients identifying service issues, solutions and leads the resolution across all areas within the operation organization.
Manages multimillion dollar account assignment and responsible for total business relationship and overall satisfaction with assigned customer base. Develop strong relationships and contacts at assigned accounts and will have domestic account responsibility for key account(s).
As a Sales Account Manager, the sales individual will be responsible for driving the growth of net new customer acquisition and expansion of the companys existing customer base throughout an assigned regional territory.
