In this role, the selected candidate will
be building prototypes and perform workshop testing to achieve design optimization; creating project plans to bring product and system designs into production.
The Mechanical Designer D3 will develop construction drawings and specifications which address the installation, integration, interconnection and control of mechanical components within the standard building codes and will work independently on smaller, less complex projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist project mechanical engineer in the design, development and documentation of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, fire protection and temperature controls systems.
The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for designs and design changes from new concept to production. This position will require a CAD skill set including: 3D Modeling, GD&T, and FEA. Ideal candidates will be versed in Catia V5.
