This position is responsible for the materials management function relating to the planning, procurement, storage, control and distribution of materials and products to meet Company objectives and customer requirements.
This role will help develop, implement and direct improvement areas in each plant with planning and scheduling, inventory dollars (working capital), inventory accuracy improvements, packaging and labeling standardization and conformance, ASNs and EDI with suppliers, logistics, and to use the ERP/MRP knowledge that has been acquired during your career to drive overall improvements throughout the entire supply chain.
Partner with Relationship Coverage team to manage a portfolio of Asset Based Loans and improve the customer experience through the credit life, including effective execution of all portfolio and credit administration activities.
Coordinate and schedule audits, defining audit scope and testing procedures and openly communicating with appropriate personnel and level of management for each function or activity being reviewed before, during and after the assignment.
This position is responsible to market and create new opportunities with new and existing customers as well as to provide account maintenance and increase profitability with existing customers in achieving the department and corporate goals and objectives.
Responsible to coordinate a multi-functional team involving engineering, quality, prototype, purchasing, suppliers, finance, project management, etc., so that all tasks associated with meeting technical program milestones are successfully completed.
Lead development and commercialization of new additive components in one or more key classes such as dispersants, detergents, antioxidants, anti-wear, etc. for use in all Engine Oil applications (passenger vehicle, commercial vehicle, marine, motorcycle, etc.) and geographic markets.
