Demonstrate the ability to effectively and independently make decisions leading to the successful management of the accounts. These decisions are to be made within approved company Rolled Products (ARP) guidelines.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the probe existing customers for lead referrals; provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with questions and subscription issues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for verification and audit of manufacturing order details, confirmation that orders have been approved for production, monitoring hold queues, managing data files for inter-company transfers, managing customer accounts.
Responsible for product trials and sampling, however, may need to work in conjunction with field Account Sales and Sales Managers to schedule product trials, if Customer requests a sales representative on-site or needs in-servicing.
