The Human Resources Business Partner - Quality is responsible for providing tactical HR support to business leaders and building people capability in support of business goals and objectives aligned with corporate-wide strategies.
You will be partnered with an executive mentor to provide professional coaching and career guidance as well as a peer mentor to help guide you through the program. You will also gain leadership exposure through structured networking events and targeted training.
Proactively drive employee engagement by conducting Focus Group meetings, Skip Level meetings, and One-on-One's to determine opportunities to increase employee engagement, drive productivity and prevent third party representation.
The HR Assistant function is to support the Human Resources department from a payroll, benefits, recruiting and administrative perspective. Under supervision from the Manager, the HR Assistant works independently as a professional in a variety of functional areas of Human Resources.
Delivers HR Services HR components and makes recommendations to clients regarding benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and information systems. Manages client activities and on-site visits to create and develop strong business relationships, retain clients, ensure quality service, and build revenue. Responsible for both ASO and PEO clients.
Support the recruitment/hiring process as the main administrator of ATS and onboarding tools. May also assist with sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, to include verification of work histories.
