The selected candidate will assist the business with strategic workforce planning, and collaborate with corporate Talent Acquisition to recruit and select a qualified and diverse talent pool; support the preparation of new employee hiring and on-boarding paperwork.
In this role, you will be responsible to works with employees and supervisors to research and resolve employee relations issues. Conducts investigations and recommends solutions regarding employee concerns related to work environment and claims of harassment and discrimination.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the personnel function within the company including the administration of personnel records, compliance with laws and regulations concerning personnel, training, interviewing, special projects, etc.
In this role, you will resolve general Associate Relations issue including conducting employee relations investigations and fact finding; administer company's correction action process in partnership with DC HR Mgr; assist with unemployment claim information and unemployment hearings.
