In this role, you will be responsible to develop and execute a sales and marketing plan for key accounts that meets or exceeds sales and margin targets. Work closely with the various departments in the marketing industry nation wide to ensure the accurate execution of sales orders and account activity.
In this role, you will establish a customer base in which to promote and solicit new, diverse, on-going business by calling on regular and prospective BS&C customer base via phone, email and in person throughout assigned territory to solicit orders and close sales; may also require compilation of lists of prospective customers from various sources to use as sales leads.
In this role, the selected candidate will effectively promote and educate targeted physicians/HCPs on the use of company' products through one-on-one meetings and group presentations, company-approved promotional speaker programs, and other company-approved means.
In this role, the selected candidate must possess a confident personality suitable for handling cold calls and account management; must possess and subscribe to high work and business ethics, and be extremely self motivated.
In this role, you will engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient. The selected candidate will build trust and credibility and become a true collaborator in commercial success.

In this role, the selected candidate will ensure your team is on track with regards to funnel accuracy and health. Funnel should be 6 X for opportunities forecasted to close within 6 months, 10 x for opportunities to close within 12 months. In addition, drive solid sales planning for key accounts, executive call plans and timely/ accurate response on all requests. Ensure all completed Account Business Plans are uploaded to the share point site.
