The Field Service Technician's primary function is to travel to customer sites to install and repair laser products. Additional responsibilities include training and providing technical support to customers.
In this role, the selected candidate will interface with assigned customers to identify opportunities and provide necessary support to acquire new business; maintain necessary records of communication between customer and Company for future reference.
The primary responsibility of this role is to work across the IS organization by interfacing with other project teams, technical architects and subject matter experts to ensure their projects have the proper support and involvement to achieve maximum success.

In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, install, service and troubleshoot industrial Electro/ Mechanical equipment used in the machine tool industry.
In this role, the selected candidate will implement detailed customer installation plans and some product training; provide follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications.
In this role, you will develop simple solutions to complex business problems. You will possess a solid understanding of developing libraries for android as well as static and universal libraries for ios. In lieu of native app development experience, you should have the demonstrated ability and passion to quickly learn new languages and technology.
