Analyzes opportunities and risks to move the business forward and formulates effective plans consistent with Arthritis Foundation practices, market goals and level of responsibility. Manages time, people, and money effectively to accomplish goals.
This position may function as head of a small mega-site unit with three levels of management reporting up to this position; or may assist in the leadership of a large mega or multi-site unit reporting up to a VP, Facilities Operations.
Ensure positive engagement of residents, family, friends, and team members by maintaining a positive, open-door atmosphere; demonstrate effective communication, lead by example, ensure outstanding attention to detail in resident care and wellbeing.
The Executive Director is responsible for the Experience at the community. Every interaction with a resident affects their overall life quality and determines the direction the culture of the community will take.
