Participate in the development of Crystal Reports, SQL queries, and SQL stored procedures to synthesize information from multiple data sources, systems, and reports to provide BI solutions meeting a high quality of standards.
Utilizes a variety of data tools such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and similar software or business intelligence tools, including off the shelf tools such as Verisk, Medecision and Crimson to create databases and populate them with data, develops and runs complex queries, and compiles data and statistical reports.
In this role, the selected candidate will be
responsible for supporting all task order related activities including document creation, research, and product delivery methods and developing design solutions and performance analysis.
The Data Integration Analyst will have responsibilities spanning a broad range of client-facing functions outside the scope of traditional technical support, including implementation, project management, and product training.
Work with call center leadership team to increase employee productivity by monitoring real-time adherence and metrics and opportunities to improve overall accuracy and productivity through system enhancements, automation of tasks and/or process improvement.
Performs complex analyses of clinical data from various applications to recommend opportunities for clinical documentation improvement, coding gaps, and to determine risk areas for publicly reported data.
The Data Analyst has the primary responsibility of data collection, modeling, and reporting of results; during the analysis phase of a project they will qualify the opportunities in the client's business and during the engagement phase they will support the need for ongoing data-driven work to enhance the client's systems and processes.
