In this role you will be responsible for providing general and technical support assistance to users of the company's desktops, laptops, telephone related systems, and all related software programs. This role will ensure the company's systems are operating in a secure and stable manner and will be responsible for performing routine daily tasks.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor incident queues for issues and take ownership and assist customers as required; monitor and report on PC issues, escalate issues; work with other teams including SCCM, Active Directory, Security, and the IT Service Desk.
