In this role, the selected candidate will develop, implement and administer compliance monitoring programs, risk assessment and compliance processes; provide analysis, process flows, written reports and documentation.
In this role, you will maintain current knowledge of federal and state laws, rules, regulations and guidance by reviewing relevant updates to laws, rules, regulations, agency guidance and bulletins. Ensure that Bank policies, procedures and processes are conducted as per current laws, rules, regulations, guidance and bulletins.
In this role, you will be responsible for
preparing action plans for facilities based on conducted inspections and third party audits in a timely manner as well as monitoring facility action plan progress.
In this position, you will monitor regulatory and legislative trade changes while maintaining/updating policies and procedures. Advise, update and recommend to upper management impacts of trade compliance changes.
