This individual will be a key member of our team delivering Process Analysis and Optimization solutions for our clients. We expect this individual to provide specific functional expertise and experience with health insurance processes.
Performs facilitation processes to drive out requirements from all levels of business and technical clients using group and collaborative methods in order to ensure that the systems meet the short and long term business goals for the company.
The IT Process Analyst is responsible for leading the development, coordination, facilitation, and implementation of processes and continuous improvements that are independently identified, or identified by management.
This position provides customer and analytical support to the sales and other departments and reports to the Manager of the Order Management Group - Automotive. Specific duties include managing reported forecast data, order entry, order expediting and first line communication with stampers regarding order status and other specific customer needs.
Assist site in the monthly and quarterly close process for operational review and accuracy; prepare and assist with forecasts and budgets as required, including being able to forecast a full balance sheet, departmental expenses and completion of supplemental information.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs; formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective.
Responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.G. Sap, oracle). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
