The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with the Development Community to assist and support the comprehensive fund-raising programs of the University of Michigan. They will assist in the creation, maintenance and dissemination of ad hoc reports for the Development community.
In this role, you will work with call center leadership team to increase employee productivity by monitoring real-time adherence and metrics and opportunities to improve overall accuracy and productivity through system enhancements, automation of tasks and/or process improvement.

The Business Application Analyst is responsible for leading daily tasks for Enterprise Risk Technolgoy workflows. This position provides insight into system functionalities that result from changes in specifications due to Federal Reserve Board (FRB) and Enterprise Risk Technology management.
