The Inside Area Sales Manager-STS is responsible for the leadership, profitability, growth and direction of all Technology and Managed Print Service sales activity throughout inside account management (IAM).
In this role, you will collaborate in exchanging information within the AUTO market team related to the projects and opportunities under NBDM responsibility and provide necessary information for market / strategy studies.
As an Area Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop your own team of Amazon Associates; one of your main focuses will be motivating, mentoring, and coaching your team. You will be responsible for engaging your team during a shift to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance performance and engagement are maintained.
In this role, the selected candidate will negotiate deals based on available volume, and maintain assigned monthly margin and volume goals; work closely with Regional Account Manager and other team members in identifying market and competition trends.
In this role, the selected candidate will drive Safety through the proper use of machines, tools and equipment, appraise technological developments, investigative, feasibility of new equipment and techniques, and prepare dependable cost estimates for changes in manufacturing methods.
The essential function of this position is to oversee and manage all daily activities in Production. Ensures all Production orders are completed, according to customer specifications, time, packs and cost. Maintains strict compliance to all Health and Food Safety guidelines, grade-out procedures, Production standards and government regulations.
