This position will consist of system administration level support of our customers at various locations throughout Central Iowa. This position is responsible for provide in person and next-tier and escalation-level technical support to our customer base.
The candidate will work in a team environment, interacting with other software engineers and with different groups in the organization, including Marketing, Software Testing and Product Technical Support. In addition to device firmware implementation, the candidate will participate in the development of test strategies and testing systems for the embedded system.
Work closely with Development teams to fully understand mobile gaming product functions, features and network performance analysis in order to specify appropriate platforms for development and deployment

Provides functional analysis related to design, development, and implementation of software systems for organizations products, including, but not limited to utility software, development software, and diagnostic software. Participates in the development of test strategies, devices, and systems.
The Engineer III-Systems is an advanced level engineering position that leads on-site installation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems which include hardware, software, and operating systems.
