In this role, you will demonstrate patient care tasks which may expose the nurse to infectious or communicable disease, or possibility of injury from irrational or confused patients and visitors or from instruments or equipment.
The charge nurse is responsible for supervising nursing staff members who provide direct resident care, communicating with all health care providers and partners, coordinating and implementing nursing care as ordered by the physician and agreed to by the resident- and documenting those timely, accurately and comprehensively.
The RN supervises and coordinates care provided to patients by the LPN, Patient Care Assistants and other nursing team members. The RN facilitates communication with physicians, patient and family, other departments and/or team members.
In this role, the selected candidate will be participating in medical case management and defines plan of action for Worker's Compensation cases;interact with onsite and community physicians, nurses and physicians, nurses and physical therapist to promote employee wellness in the case management process.
Work as part of a team of caregivers in our family birth place. Assist the doctors in the delivery of babies and the total nursing care of mothers and newborns. Coordinates patient care with other health team members
