The Quality Manager will be responsible for setting annual performance objectives and providing oversight to a staff of 18 including a QA Manager and their staff of QA Analysts and QA Monitors across multiple locations.
Lead Quality initiatives broadly (both plant and field quality), build a strong quality and compliance minded-culture, and maintain a healthy Quality Management System (QMS) that is focused on continuous improvement.
Manager provides servant leadership in all areas of food safety, quality and compliance. The manager is the liaison for regulatory personnel including onsite inspectors. The Manager provides management to all Quality and Food Safety Supervisors and technicians.

Lead and direct work of Facility Quality Managers to maintain current quality certifications (ISO 9001) and move to ISO 22000. Lead and direct work of quality teams for implementation and continuing improvement of food safety plans and FSMA requirements.
