In this role, you will asked to develop in areas such as succession planning and organizational development. You will also be asked to develop your team to assume greater levels of responsibility within their organization.
In this role, the selected candidate will be providing guidance to leaders regarding employee matters and workforce planning (i.e. Employee Performance Planning, Promotions, Talent Review/Selection process, etc.).
In this role, you will be responsible to provide guidance to leaders regarding employee matters to include performance coaching, Performance Improvement Plans, Individual Development Plans, Human Capital Plans, succession planning, salary planning.
In this role, you will develop and maintain positive employee relations to create an exceptional work environment for employees, effectively detour unionization drives, and control labor costs through reduced turnover.
