The User Experience Designer has the responsibility to lead and perform these tasks at a high level of quality through collaboration with stakeholders, external teams, and other project team members. The ideal candidate will be proficient and experienced at performing various forms of user testing, designing user interfaces, detailing design documentation and strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a rapidly growing environment and utilize strong communication skills to help define and implement business requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, design, develop, and test application changes to ensure business requirements are met.
In this role, you will be responsible for the burndown chart making sense, keeping in-sprint stories organized and properly managed, and continually checking in with the development team to both increase productivity and ensure quality.
In this role, the selected candidate will utilize user-centered design, current trends and best design practices to inform the visual design; experience designing and building products/features for mobile or desktop, native or web platform environments and understanding their conventions.
