he Trainer will provide new employee and on-going training on all Community Support programs, including, but not limited to: SNAP, Colorado Works (TANF), Medicaid, General Assistance, Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP), Old Age Pension (OAP), Aid to the Needy Disabled (AND), Nursing Homes, Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP), Able Bodied (AB), Customer Service, and Colorado Benefit Management System (CBMS).
In this role, you will participate in manufacturing activities and identify process improvement and optimization opportunities. Develop project plans for process improvements and lead implementation of process improvements.
The selected candidate will be responsible for
managing the design and delivery and continuous improvement of the New Hire Training programs as well as on-going learning opportunities across the organization, in support of the organizations needs.
The Field IT Support Specialist serves as an application specialist, supporting the development adult learning educational programs and provides training support of new and/or legacy software applications to division clinics and other business locations
In this role, you will develop and deliver instructional design and training applications in a classroom and/or through web based training that is delivered via real-time distance learning environments.
