In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters in support of providing recruiting services to for designated centralized HR administrative services to company managers and employees.
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for implementing company-wide recruiting strategies and ensuring the life-cycle recruitment process is aligned with its multiple branded hotels and the Talent Acquisition Groups goals. Reviews time-to-fill, turnover, retention and growth information, and develops both local and national recruiting strategies by hotel, location, department and position.
In this role, the selected candidate will
manage applicant tracking system including system administration, candidate management and some data entry; serve as liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, universities, and industry associations.
