The Cloud Systems Design Engineer will participate in managing the implementation of our private cloud infrastructure solutions. The Cloud Engineer must have a passion for cutting-edge technologies including the latest developments in Software Defined Data Centers and automation/orchestration technologies.
The selected Software Engineer will support C2 software development on front end geovisualization for air or maritime defense programs, which include mission planning, track management, engagement management, and weapons management over fiber/copper networks and tactical data links.
The engineer will be knowledgeable in Information Assurance practices and have knowledge regarding the use of security tools (e.g., Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) compliance or Lockheed Martin LMI standards) to scan and maintain GPS computer resource accreditations.

In this full-time position, you will be on a development team responsible for interacting with client companies / gathering requirements, designing and coding websites, almost all of which need eCommerce functionality with API's connecting to supply-chain facilities.
To be successful in the position the candidate must be able to develop regression test objectives and plans, develop test procedures, execute testing, and document the findings. The candidate must be able to support and trouble shoot the software configuration/baseline issues during integration and installation phases.
The Technical Lead supports the Event Lead and participates in all-encompassing test event activities to include (but not limited to): Technical Studies, Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT), Test System Architecture, Risk Assessment/Mitigation, Verification/Validation, Event Execution, Data Collection/Analysis and Reporting, Technical/Performance Assessments, White- Cell Participation, System Post Flight Reconstruction, and Post Test Lessons Learned/Debriefings.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills that will enable them to work with the technical team and the technical and program leadership. Potential domestic and international travel may be required.
The selected Software Engineer will support Trainborne Software, specifically the Train Control & Display (TC&D) Subsystem. The candidate will directly contribute to the development of real-time safety critical software developed in C/C++.
