The Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing relationships with VRR operations, partners with human resource leaders and the Vail Resorts enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective staffing practices and for the delivery of assigned requisitions.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as well as hiring managers to develop and deploy organization-wide recruiting and sourcing strategies that identify and secure a highly talented workforce and scale to support the organizations continued growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters in support of providing recruiting services to for designated centralized HR administrative services to company managers and employees.
This role will be responsible for collecting, synthesizing, analyzing, monitoring and disseminating data related to TIAAs recruiting and selection practices and processes in adherence with Affirmative Action, Equal Employment.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning and talent planning.
