In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with assigned business divisions to support talent acquisition needs by recruiting and sourcing for open positions, developing and maintaining candidate pipelines, managing the company's ATS system, assisting with college recruiting, and new hire onboarding.
The selected candidate will be responsible for recruitment activities focused on attracting and efficiently hiring qualified and competent staff various health care areas. Includes the development and implementation of recruitment plans, position advertising and marketing, and sourcing and screening of applicants.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the Full Life Cycle Recruiting process: sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling and offer negotiations for a variety of non-technical positions within Galvanize as well as positions with technical components. Example positions: Program Directors, General Managers, Sr Email Marketing Manager, Events Managers, Evangelists and Enterprise Sales Executives.
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting custom solutions for our job openings, including identifying the right sourcing tools to ensure high visibility and attraction of the best of the best to fuel the continuous growth engine of ServiceSource.
In this role, you will help identify human capital needs, be the SME about talent for internal Hiring Managers to recruit, interview and hire amazing HG team members so that we can achieve excellence together.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to deliver data-driven suggestions to ensure all strategic goals are achieved; must understand the goals of each job listing & how to align that with our platform.
