In this role, you will perform and direct others in the detailed design of medium to extra high voltage utility substations including one-line diagrams, elementary and wiring diagrams, SCADA, communications, conduit and cable sizing/routing, substation physical layouts, selection of substation equipment, writing of substation equipment specifications, proposal development, construction cost estimates, and project scheduling.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform basic project engineering functions involving monitoring of progress, preparation of procedures, documentation of communications and meetings, and identification/evaluation of project issues and problems.

In this role, you will participate in engineering and designing mechanical and packaged systems for interface to existing steam, hydro, and gas turbine equipment as part of overall controls conversions, modifications, and upgrades.
In this role, you will manage existing documentation, ensuring changes to systems are correctly captured and documented. The selected candidate will also establish and maintain knowledge of current developments in broadcast technology.
In this role, the selected candidate will focus on the technical product development, interacting with both the scientists and engineers to ensure appropriate verifiable requirements definition and with discipline engineers to decompose requirements to subsystem level.

assist with the review of plans and specifications and prepare a checklist of contract features which require periodic attention and list items the sub-contractor must submit for approval prior to the start of the work
In this role, you will ensure that when priorities, resource conflicts, or long lead items prevent planned work from being completed on time to meet requested deadlines, the customer is promptly notified so that appropriate action can be taken to adjust the project schedule.
