This position will be responsible for supporting several concurrent projects through managing financials and reporting financial analytics, providing meeting documentation, updating project plans, creating and managing power point presentations, developing process flow, developing communication documents, maintaining and reporting portfolio metrics.
This individual will work with pursuit and project teams to assess their implementation of corporate and industry standards for scheduling, including: team composition, contract compliance, risk identification, schedule structure, comprehensive narratives, integrated master schedules, updating procedures, and time impact analysis. Experience in leading the planning and scheduling process on construction projects, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, both internal and external is essential.
