Drive meaningful growth across Vendor Programs for the organization through execution on identified initiatives within selected Vendor Programs. This role will support both the Municipal and Federal segments within Key Government Finance.
The Project Manager is assigned a portfolio of projects and is the primary responsible party for planning, resourcing, billing, tracking and closing out that portfolio on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Assembles project plans and teamwork assignments, directs and monitors work efforts on a daily basis, identifies resource needs, performs quality reviews; and escalates functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects in all phases of the NPI life cycle; including planning, executing, and completing projects from requirements development through entry into service.
The program manager is responsible for all aspects of the program, including overall strategy, technical, cost, schedule performance and customer satisfaction. Responsible for all programmatic elements such as EACs, risk and opportunity, IMS, and earned value.
Work with Delivery Excellence, resource managers, technical staff and business subject matter experts to orchestrate project deliverables to ensure they are planned / executed in alignment with the overall program / project strategy and plan.
Responsible for leading all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and serves as the main point of contact for those projects. Takes projects end to end from original concept through final implementation. Monitors and drives project performance by implementing project management best practices.
Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
