The primary responsibilities include assisting the project and construction managers with administrative functions and acting as a liaison for subcontractors and vendors. Other responsibilities include accounts payable, contract maintenance, and insurance tracking.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing, planning, tracking, and implementing small projects or aspects of larger projects from initiation to completion; ensure project completion according to timeline, budget, and specifications.
The ideal candidate must have experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and be able to work well in an environment with constantly changing priorities. Fully support CEO administratively; maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare expense reports, arrange and coordinate complex travel.
This individual will use administrative skills to handle internal and external communications, prepare presentations and executive correspondence, provide clerical support on projects and perform other general clerical duties as needed.
In this role, you will support the Project Manager. When working with agents and clients, this individual will do line items on labor, equipment, and any other charges or changes that need to be documented.
